Background:

When I was in Kindergarten, I loved watching my teacher go about her day, seeing what types of stationery she used (the best was her pointer with the apple on the end), and taking note of many of her mannerisms. I would then bring all this information home and play school with my younger sisters, trying to be exactly like my teacher. This sparked a desire within me to become a teacher that continued to burn throughout the entirety of my school career. Only one year after my college graduation, I was given the opportunity to achieve my ambitions and begin my vocation as a kindergarten teacher at St. Patrick School. I even get to use a pointer with an apple on the end!

Personal:

One of the most influential parts of my life has been my family. I am the second oldest of five girls, and we love spending time together, sharing stories and playing games. We grew up in Northeast Philly as members of Our Lady of Ransom Parish and moved to the suburbs in June of 2014.

Some of my favorite things to do are drawing, reading, crafting, baking and laughing about silly nonsense with my family. I also love listening to Doo-Wop music, the Rat Pack, Matt Maher and Josh Groban.

One Thing I Want Parents to Know:

I view every child as a valuable member of our classroom who has the power to overcome obstacles and achieve all goals through the understanding, guidance and support of our Kindergarten family and the constant presence of Jesus’ grace and love.
