STREAM Program

Full STREAM Ahead at St. Patrick School

It is crucial for successful students to receive instruction in technology, basic engineering concepts and the sciences from an early age. Not only can these subjects unlock a lifelong love of STEM-related topics, but they also allow students to explore and appreciate God’s work in the environment.

What is STREAM?

STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, and Math) is a school-wide program at St. Pat’s that offers age-appropriate instruction in the connection between arts, sciences, technology, and religion. Our Principal is a STREAM pioneer and has recently been asked to present on STREAM at three separate conferences. The holistic, innovative program is a unique method for integrating STEM-based learning in elementary and junior high school.

St. Patrick School’s STREAM Program includes:

  • Opportunities for hands-on deep thinking and exploration
  • Experiments in our state-of-the-art Science Learner Lab
  • STEM Club for interested students
  • Teacher STEM Summer Bootcamp to inspire creative STREAM instruction
  • Field trips to local environments and sites
  • Coding
  • Robotics
  • Real-life problem solving
