St. Patrick School proudly offers the C.A.R.E.S. program (Children are Receiving Extended Services), providing before and after school child care for students in all grades. Our Morning C.A.R.E.S. starts at 7:00 am, while Afternoon C.A.R.E.S. continues until 6:00 pm.

Our mission is to create a safe, nurturing space that aligns with the educational philosophy and values of both the school and the family. Daily activities include homework assistance, outdoor play, indoor games, and crafts. We emphasize individualized attention, security, consistency, and heartfelt care.

Please note that according to the Archdiocesan mandate, the C.A.R.E.S. program must be financially self-sustaining. Therefore, parents need to provide a snack for their children during their time in C.A.R.E.S.

Registration and Payments:

To enroll in C.A.R.E.S., a FACTS Payment Account is required. If you do not have one, you can create an account here: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3PPNJ.

Be sure to add a payment method to your FACTS account. A one-time registration fee of $25 per family will be added to your FACTS account.

Please complete this form: C.A.R.E.S. 2024-25 Registration Form and return it to the SPS Main Office. You may mail it or drop it in the 24/7 Drop Box located in the Main Stairwell at 115 Channing Avenue, Malvern, PA 19355. All Student Registration Forms must be received before the first day of school or before the child attends C.A.R.E.S.
