Franny Cardone
Background:
After studying two dimensional art and art therapy at Seton Hill catholic University in Greensburg Pennsylvania, I instructed art for six years to all ages. It was during this time I was able to recognize my desire to teach all I knew about art to the next generations. Besides teaching art and art history to the students in the classrooms at Saint Pats, I also teach art to my fifteen nieces and nephews.
Personal:
I was born the youngest child of ten in Saint Thomas the Apostle parish in Glen Mills. After attending grade school there, I went on to Penncrest High then on to Seton Hill University. After leaving University I met my husband. Not long after we were blessed with our baby boy Grayson in the summer of 2021. Along with being a new mother, my husband and I enjoy spending our time with our two fluffy dogs named Shiro and Bernie. I also became a member of the chester valley cotillions after I finished attending, then later teaching the courses. I enjoy teaching whether it be art, horseback riding, dancing or etiquette. I spend my free time with my family, reading a good book or painting their portraits and I am ALWAYS looking for something new to paint.
One Thing I Want Parents to Know:
In my classroom, imagination and creativity is a must! Your children are welcome to push the boundaries when it comes to what they create. I understand not every child loves to draw. That is why I also sculpt, collage, paint, bead, sew, and craft! From dreamcatchers, to authentic cave paintings with homemade paint. I will teach your children how to use every medium I can provide them and show them that we are all creative in our own special ways.
